Kalama Tract Market Report of Past Sales

Located in Kailua on the Windward side of Oahu, Kalama Tract is a neighborhood of single family homes located within a short walk of Kailua Beach.  The neighborhood connects to Coconut Grove on its western border and the makau side of North Kaleheo Av on its east. This is one of the older sections of Kailua and you will still find some older post and pier plantation style homes that were built in the 1940s. However, many of the homes have been renovated and most have larger lots of approximately 10,000 square feet. 

Kalama Tract is considered to be bounded by Maluniu Street to the west, Kuulei Road to the south, North Kalaheo Avenue to the east, and Pukoa Street to the north.
